Peter M. Yarbro (Partner)

Mr. Yarbro has been with the Hains Law firm since 1998. His practice areas include Business Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Appellate Practice, Bankruptcy, and Internet Fraud. Pete has been licensed in Indiana since 1999. Mr. Yarbro also coordinates the firm's law clerk program. He may practice before the courts of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Yarbro is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, The Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Yarbro received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. During his time at the Notre Dame Law School, Pete was the Hoynes Chapter Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, the professional law fraternity from 1997 to 1998. He also received the Dean's Awards for the classes of Roman Law and Pleading, Discovery and Pretrial. Mr. Yarbro received his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University in 1996.
