Joshua R. Hains (Associate)

Mr. Hains has been with the Hains Law Firm since 2006. His practice areas include Family Law, Federal Criminal Defense, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Hains has been licensed to practice law since 2006 and may practice before the courts of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Hains obtained his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and received a B.A. from Wittenberg University in 2003.
