Fred R. Hains (Managing Partner)

Mr. Hains is the firm's founder. His areas of practice include Corporate and Business Law, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Family Law and Federal Criminal Defense. Fred has been licensed in Indiana since 1974 and may practice before the courts of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Fred obtained his J.D. from Valparaiso University in 1974 and received a B.A. from Wittenberg University in 1970.
